Ordered the £2.99 trial sample before xmas and in this months credit card bill found I had been charged the above amount.I telephoned santander who could do nothing about this only give me their telephone number. I have spoken to the company who have now cancelled any further deductions but will not refund my money as it was my fault for not sending the products back in twelve working days!!!
