I started receiving calls that I defaulted on a Payday loan that I had never taken out. The person calling me said his name was "Officer Rex Harris" from phone# 646-328-2041. He said I took out a $300 payday loan and in order to settle it out of court I needed to pay $693.00. He was calling me at work, called my boss at work, and was threatening to have me arrested at my job and to have me fired within 48hrs. He said my company would be responsible for paying this loan that I never even took out. Gave me 2 payment options and said I would be arrested and taken to court if I didn't pay.
