"I had ordered a part on 12/6 from partsonnet.com. Steve was the sales person. The initial part was incorrect. Steve was informed of the issue via phone on 12/18 and sent an email on 12/21 stating he would look for the correct part. On 12/26, Steve sent correspondence that the correct part was located and would ship it to us. The second part was incorrect. On 1/4 Steve was informed me that the he knew that part did not work but he could send me an adapter to make it work. In an email dated that same day, I informed Steve if this adapter did not work I would want a full refund. On 1/10 Steve was told the part did not work and an email was sent to Steve requesting a refund. On Jan 16 Steve stated he was sending a return shipping label for the second part (which I have email of). On Jan 30th, after I requested where the return shipping label was Steve stated the vendor said that the part should work and to take photos I responded that I can't photograph a part not tightening. At this point, Steve ceased communication with me and would not return my calls or emails. When I reached him last week he stated that the problem was the vendor he worked with would not take part back, I informed him I did not buy the part from the vendor, I bought it from his company. He assured he would call me back next day He did not, when I called him again he stated his manager would call me on Monday, which he did not!"
