This thieving company stole $95.15 from my account for a product that originally cost $4.95. The free trial period was 14 days. They took the money from my account BEFORE the product arrived. The only way to stop them taking further funds is to contact your bank who will then list your credit card as stolen and provide you with a new card. After speaking with the bank they informed me they have had multiple complaints re this same company.They will also investigate and try retrieve the money these thieves have stolen.

I also contacted my bank,cancelled my debit card which as you say,is really inconvenient,but worth it in the long run, they managed to get the last payment back for me £61;33,They monitored my account and refunded the last payment but would not pay me back for payments taken before I had notified them of the scam.but will continue to monitor my account. I have learned a very hard lesson,"Don't buy anything on the internet"unless of course the company you want to deal with has their contact No.and addresses up front, like Ebay & Amazon I hope you all manage to get some satisfaction.Good Luck
