I made a payment via Bank Transfer to the above mentioned company on 01/01/2012 for an order of electronic cigarettes. I have had no further email correspondance from the company since the payment was sent. I have logged the compaint with Police and have a crime reference number and also logged with the bank who have tried to recover the money but are unable to
