I applied for a payday loan in November & on 11/18/2011 CMG at that time deposited $200.00 into my account, on 11/18/2011 I was withdrawn $60.00 & every 2 wks after I was withdrawn $60.00, I was suppose to only have paid back $260.00 on the loan, from 1/13/2012 to 2/10/2012 I was withdrawn $160.00 over the loan amount, in January I was notified by email that my account was being taken over by HYDRA FUND 1 & was suppose to be notified by email 5 days before the amount of $60.00 was to be withdrawn from my account, I have yet to recieve any email notifications or other, but from the dates of 1/13/2012, 1/27/2012 & 2/10/2012 I have had $160.00 total withdrawn from my account, over the amount that was loaned to me, I have already contacted my back online through an email message letting me know if $60.00 is withdrawn on the 24th of Feburary... I need to know what steps I need to take in order for this to stop & to keep them from continuing to withdraw unauthorized money from my account? I still have the email that CMG sent me stating that HYDRA FUND 1 was taking over my account, I've searched online for contact information, phone numbers, addresses & email addresses & still coming up with nothing, I'm going to contact my bank tomorrow via phone to see what steps can be taking or if I need to completely close out my account & open a new one, my email address is (Personal Information Removed) if you have any suggestions...
