Hello,
I made my first purchase on this site http://www.edaydiet.com/account.html, bought on 25.01.2012 the value of $ 189.06 and up to today 02/21/2012 they did not gave me my purchase and do not give me any return of my questions by email to envidas them. I am asking for refund of my money and they do not answer me.
Please help me, I was deceived by this site. It was a great buy, a high value.
Please help me get my money back.

Actually we are very sorry as your misunderstanding.
On our side,We shipped the order in time,paid all the cost,but unfortunely you haven't receive it.
We have done what we promise before,(We refund you whole payment within 30 days if you don't receive it,as most time we need time to confirm if there is scam,wish you could understand us at this point)
As our company,it is really our fault you couldn't receive the product as you are our customers.
We are really sorry bringing your unconfortable feeling.
We will try to do better if we have chance next time.
However,really thanks very much for all your patience and comments.

By the way,Dear Lilian,like most of credit card payments,the banks will collect a little fee from the deal as international process among many banks,so sometime our customers will see a little difference from what they need to pay(which collected by bank),if you have questions on this point,you could ask your bank for record,then we will try to help you to see what happen(most time they need the consume record).
