I saw an advert on Facebook for free samples of Anti Rides Serum and Perfect Radiance cream. I paid £5.95 postage and package, paid for on my Barclaycard; the samples arrived just before Christmas. I noticed on my January statement that two amounts of £74.95 had been taken from my Barclaycard. I contacted Barclaycard they assured me that they would put a stop on this company taking any more money. However I received two more products in February, which I returned together with the previous sample of cream (I had droped and broken the serum bottle) and a stiff letter saying that I had not ordered more products or given permission for the company to take money from my Barclaycard account. On this occassion I had paid for postage and package but in future products would be returned to sender, with unpaid postage. Unfortunately when I looked at my February statement another two amounts of £74.95 had been taken from my Barclaycard. Today 21/2/12 I spoke again to Barclaycard, again they have told me that they have sorted the problem!
