A man claiming to be a France doctor who has been transferred in Cameroon at limbe,him and his wife have Maltese puppies but they suffer the climate as its to hot,they were giving them out free.he said he paid 500$ for aircraft and I had to pay 180$ for change of owners document then they said I can pay just have of it's he was willing to get the extra money.then they said the puppy was in London but cannot depart cause his insurance expired to days back and now they are asking me money 200,500 or 1000 $ otherwise the dog will be kept in quarantine this is the last mail today
