Like others I ordered a free sample of BioSlim and BioCleanse for $2.99USD P&H. My credit card was charged on 14.1.12 for the P&H costs, but full price charged on 31st January (BioSlim) $96.26, and on 2nd February (BioCleanse) $85.39.

On 15th and 17th February, another charge for both - not authorised and not received.

Spoke to 'staff' in 'Sydney'(???) who agreed to refund February charges, but not the original.

I was advised that it was a 14day offer (didn't say that on the ad) - which I was told applied from when I placed the order. As it took 5 weeks to arrive from Utah, I have only received the bottles in the last week.

At the moment I am out $363.30AUD, with hopefully, a refund of half of that.
