Ext mangobill and/or EXTmetabill
Complaint 76822 Details

I ordered sample of each one costing $3.95 and the other $2.95, which I found did not work so I did not order anymore and did not give permission for any other amounts to be withdrawn from my debit card. The Transactions are as follows 17th January extmangobill $87.83, 1st January 2012 advmetabill $78.53, 18 Dec 2011 Extmangobill $90.24, 02 Dec 2011 advmetabill $79.94, 19 Novevember 2011 extmangobill $89.59, 18 November advmetabill $75.80, 04 November 2011 ext mango bill $83.83.

The previous two on the 19 October each for $3.16 were the only ones that I authorised to be paid. I was first alerted to this when I received a bottle of metaburn in the mail in January I checked my account and to see that they had taken $78.53 I than looked them up on the internet and rang their number for Australia as I am in Australia, and told that I did not order any more and that they were to cancel my order and to stop taking my money they gave me a return merchandise authority (RMA) number and an address to send the product back the the RMA written on it. As yet they still have not returned my money for that transaction and I have received another two bottles in the mail and have found a total of 7 unauthorized debits from my account and I now cannot access their website anymore google just brings up all the scam alert sites that they are listed on. Please help me get my money back.
