I was with my family in Miami (vacation time) and I was listening to Sapnish radio station when I hear a question. I called to the number the give on radio and for my "surprise" I was a winner,, then Ms. Belinda with ID number 2010 told us that we have 18 months to make a reservation Orlando Florida,Mexico and Dominican Republic. Then she gave me an address of 3403 NW 82 Ave. Suite 260, Miami, 33122, and I drove there to talk with Her and pay the Taxes,, 214.98 usd.
One year after that on July 2010 I decided to go to Disney World in Orlando and I tried to make a reservation, firts they say that was not disponibility in the Orlando's hotels, after couple of call and talk with MANUEL RAMIREZ and AGUSTIN MATIAS ORTIZ (supervisor of Five star Vacation) thay promise me a reservation on Calixso Bay Comfort Suites Orlando. I was driving around 14 hrs and almost there I call the hotel for a confirmation,, and I have a big surprise, The hotel reservation department told me "I am sorry but, we do not have any reservation under this name" (my name). When I call them again, they do not answer the phone. My invoce number was 45827.
