Called me and said they worked with the govt. to make banks lower their interest rates. Had me give my credit card numbers to verify my credit debt and my interest rates. After a lengthy phone call and transfered to the Sr. Account Manager, Kevin Roberts Fed. ID #1184. Finally, I find out that they are going to charge my card the $989 fee in order to get the rate but that I'll make up the fees in interest savings. I had to call and cancel the two credit cards numbers that I gave them.
