This magazine company called me and I took some magazines and they said I would get these prizes: a man and women's watches and an electronic datebook. They said I would get the magazines and prizes in a couple weeks but haven't received them yet. They took $22.36 out of my checking account which posted today 7/29/11 and I havent gotten anything. They had the audacity to bill me as well.

- The $22.36 is an installment payment for the magazines. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for the magazines to start arriving. As far as the premium gifts go, you should have received a welcome letter in the mail within 7 to 10 days of the purchase. In there, there should have been a coupon to fill out with your gift selections. You were then supposed to have mailed that back to get your gifts. You can still call 800-308-6247 to try to get anything resolved.
