"This company sucks! I wish I had read the reviews before I ever ordered from them. I ordered the birthing ball kit deluxe from their amazon store on December 27, 2011. The product arrived two weeks late (which according to some reviews makes feel kind of lucky) and only after I FINALLY got in touch with them through their live chat. When it did arrive, I noticed the carrying strap was missing. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with them immediately, was told it was on back order, and that I would receive it in a week. Two weeks went by and still no strap. I called again. Three days they were "temporarily out of the office". On the 4th day, I was on hold for 30 minutes before I got someone. I was told that it had just arrived in their store the day before and that I would have it with in 2-3 days. A week and a half go by with no strap. I called again and was told it would be here within 2-3 days. I asked for a tracking number and was told they would email it to me (I didn't fight this since I was driving and didnt want to drive and write). Still never got the email with the tracking number. After another 2 weeks, I tried calling again. 3 days in a row they were temporarily out of the office. Day 4 I was on hold for an hour before I hung up and called back. Then I get a recording saying I was calling outside of business hours (NOT TRUE). I have emailed at least 10 times and spoken to Amber (who must be the only one they hired to do this job) 4-5 times. NEVER got the strap. Thank goodness amazon has great customer service and they gave me $66 in amazon credit which was way more than that (Inappropriate Content Removed) strap cost."
