In January 2012 I received a call offering me a $100 voucher for my use. I was told that I would receive magazines on a trial basis at $12.11 a month.

Now, they call me and tell me that there is a $100 cancellation fee! I have not received the magazines nor the voucher.

I told them I wanted to cancel three weeks ago. They keep telling me there will be a cancellation fee of $100.00.

They want me to confirm the cancellation so that they can charge me $100.00.

The $100 voucher they promise is a come on and it is very enticing when told over the phone. I have not signed anything nor have I seen paperwork. I have told them three times I want to cancel and shouldn't be charged for cancellation fee for I have not received anything by them!
