I ordered a personalized shirt for my son's 2nd birthday 1/23/12. On 2/3/12 I received an email stating my product would ship within 24 hours. After a week of not receiving the product, I tried to call and email the company with no response. Now I try get on their website and its not available. Who is going to reimburse the $19.09??

- Has anyone ever been double charged or had their account emptied? While I would love to have my 35.00 back, I am wondering if I have to totally close out my account to keep these crooks from stealing more from me?
