Express Home Solutions first then changed names- David Gotterup the boss, Michael Anderson the lackey, guaranteed us a reduced mortgage rate done quickly and efficiently for a mere $4,000. After getting our bank acct number in order to set up payment for our 2nd mortgage, David Gotterup withdrew $750. 8 times within a 3 month period. Luckily the bank gave us 4 payments back but he was supposed to reimburse the other 4. That was in October of 2010. Chase (who holds our mortgage) has no knowledge of this company or any type of mortgage work they are "supposedly" doing on our behalf. We are sick to death over this as well as embarrassed that we were so stupid in trusting these crooks. We have no idea where to turn for help.
