On Jan. 17, 2012 I invested $15,000 with Richard Kuhlmann of emerchant direct; 2626 South Roosevelt Street; Suite 3; Tempe, AZ
85282. He stated I would have a guarteed return of 125% a year and there would be no sales work involved. A month later he emailed me stating that I would receive a pitch book in the mail and would have to learn it and obtain leads. I pointed out that no sales work was supposed to be involved and asked for a refund of my investment which he refused. I also asked for a mailed copy of anything I signed online which he stated he would send me but I have received nothing so far. Richard Kuhlmann is listed with scaminformer.com as a well known scam artist who has scammed several people out of thousands of dollars. Please help me recover my money.

A record of the transfer of $15,000 from my bank account at Wells Fargo to their account number at Wells Fargo is with my local bank at Wells Fargo.
