i sent for my £2.95 trial of perfect radience,then 4weeks later £74.95 was taken out of my account,enough time for me to have forgotten about it,i contacted my bank who were well aware of who had taken my money,my bank provided me with there phone number which i contacted,the company have agreed to give me a complete refund which can take up to 10 working days......i will let you no if they have refunded me or not
