My plane was delayed in London, so I had to call my family from London to Italy, to tell them to come pick me up at the airport a few hours later. I had to use a pay phone, because my cell phone was not working at the moment. I used a pay phone in the airport, swiping my credit card. The phone said the charge would have been 2 pounds (so about 4-5 bucks)... However, I just checked my back account and the charge is way bigger than that! MY phone call lasted about 30-45 seconds. It should have not been that expensive considering both countries are part of the EU. As soon as I get back to the states, I will call my bank!
