i went to magee woman hospital ,it was my 1st time going to a upmc network hospital, and they scheduled a hysterectomy for aug 4th 2008, and the doctor wanted to bring all the paperwork to my home for me to sign i thought that was strange but he just wouldnt except no so he came out to my home 2 weeks before the surgery and told me that i need to sign all the papers that he had so i did then when i went in on aug 4th 2008 they took me to the prep room at 130 pm and i never saw my doctors i didnt know why so i asked them to let me see the doctors that are scheduled to do the surgery, then they started my I.V i was feeling very tired then i woke up in a cold room and i can hear the doctors talking very low voices but i could not move i wanted to get up and scream i was in stressfull pain i felt the pain as they ignored my stress i was awake as they did surgery and the next day i was told by my family that they operated on me for 8 hours and noone updated my family or answered calls to tell my family what they were doing to me for 8 hours, i could feel pain in outher places but no pain were the surgery should have been the doctors only saw me the next day for 10 min then released me after 3 days and removing 27 staples from my lower stomace, all they told my family is that i had a bowel spill, then i requested my operative report and all dates were changed and no written reports from the doctor and only a electronic report and found out later in the month that infact my bowel was nicked and also my liver was pocked scars on my liver and intestines were removed but nothing about what i was scheduled for and my moniter shows high level of stress through the whole 8 hours. i filed a complaint at magee and joslyn delerea took the complaint but ignored it never looked into it, as well as all my past medical health records were distroyed from 1986 to 2008 was distroyed noone can trace them or so they told me that ,then the alleghent county health and human services found that back in aug4th of 2008 the upmc network changed the way my medical health records were changed over to the upmc network which autimatically distroys all past health record#s and my social is used with a upmc network I.D when i tryed to get a lawyer many lawyers wanted to help me but becaus of the health records being swiched and changed they would tell me i needed 30.000 dollars and they would just send me to outhers so i wrote a letter to usdepartment justice and they found that the university of pittsburgh medical center in pittsburgh pa needed to be investigated and healthport as well. i dont care about money but i would love to have justice, i dont know what they did to me in that operating room but i felt it as if i was being killed and couldnt move and it was very diffacult for me to find a new doctor, when all my reports were changed, these doctors are still walking around with no guilt and my life could be in danger as i have been very sick since it happend. i have filed many complaints but noone would do anything but i do have the reports that they sent to a lawyer which was not the same as the report that i got, i met a man from a media group and he asked me if i would agrre to go to his doctors thats how i found out what they did to me and why did they do this to me and why didnt they make sure i was all the way asleep, the media man asked me if i would agree to a book that he would like to write about it he fealt that i had proof after he investigated it privately and sent me to his doctors, but i would not recieve money but will recieve justice and attention from all around the world, to know what upmc has done to me and he also found out that 2 checks in the ammount of 47.000 dollars was paid to the upmc network for this operation but had no names of the doctors who did the paperwork.
