I ordered the free trial and it never came,i then noticed they had taken the full amount of money out of my bank and not waited the 17 days for me to complain.. i did speak to someone and they had no record of my order. They were very specific to get my address and email,i now know it was to record my complaint. They have all comments removed,there is recorded messages on their customer service number saying it is out of business hours when i have rang within. I feel like an idiot getting scammed and hopefully they get caught. Guess there is no quick fixes..eat healthily and excercise...lol

Sarah - dont worry i did the same. i got the free trial which only cost me delivery which was about $8 in total and then i checked my credit card a few days later and had been charged $92 for something i didnt even approve. I called my bank and they cancelled my card straight away and i got my money back so maybe call your bankand see what happens.
However, today, the pills arrived!
