Our acees to Internet was blocked. Many attempts to open failed. The Vista Internet Security 2012 claimed that we have a virus named Trojan and they have to clean it but we were forced to buy contract for two years. Our credit card statment we just received is showing charges from monstrocloud.com for $69.95 plus forign transaction fee $1.39.
