My wife signed up to a free sample - only postage to pay. Our credit card fraud agency rang to check the second payment of funds today. We had not noticed unauthorised withdrawal of money in January. It is not possible to find an address on the web, so it seems to be a scam.
If they can prove they exist and it is real, and explain why they act this way and take money without authorisation and refund the money then we will tell people. In the meantime don't deal with them.
