applied for payday loan online & had my bank account debited for $99.49 which put me into overdraft with fees. I am mad as hell & cannot find how to get in touch with them. HELP

- Just received a message from Platinum online & it said that if I send $9.94 (MORE MONEY?) they would begin to process a refund to my account but it would take at least 15 days. I have already frozen my account but are they crazy? SEND MORE MONEY? I prefer to take legal action
