I ordered samples of pure colon 95p postage and hcgultra £2.95 Ipaid on the 31/01/2012 on the 17/02/2012 they took two amounts out of my account £68.76 and £74.95. I contacted my bank who said because I had given them my details they can continue taking what they want for 31 days because I gave them my details after this date they can stop them ,I went on to research and found this phone number 0808 178732011 I got an american customer sales rep who said I had not contacted them in 12 days so I was agreeing to let them take the money as it said in their terms and conditions ,I said I wanted the money back and she said she would only give me the money back if the product was unopened and she said she was recording my call to prove i had said I had not opened them ,I said I did not care I was taking it further so she asked her supervisor who said they could offer me 50% back I refused and told them i wanted everything back ,they agreed after a lengthy argument that it would be refunded into my account 7-9 days (but i dont hold much hope )I asked for the company address they said it was a third party advise line and they did not have that information I spoke to a sales advisor called ANGEL but she couldnt give me her surname ,I am sick I feel such an idiot (fat idiot)
