He made me think with all these fancy doc an tax records fin that i was buying a business that was not there. Faults hope that income would come in. Jim Rotterman gave all his fancy speeches and salesman. Just lyed and tryed to cover it up. Anyone else got taken by him i would like to know. with the court case aganist him looks like fraud.

  • He did the same to my family. Took over 100k, made us think we were buying a legitimate business, paid us back very little or our own (or others?) money, and then lied saying we weren't being paid anymore because the economy was getting bad but that he was trying to sell a business so he could pay us back. Then he started coming up with more and more lies. Now it seems that he is pleading guilty to the case against him so hopefully he will pay for taking advantage of so many. Not sure we will ever get our money back though. Haven't sued him yet, but have considered it. The judge will order restitution, but he's probably blown through most of the money.
