Purchased 'free samples' of skincare products from Perfect Radiance paying only P & P. That was beginning of Jan. Samples were strangely very ample.
Saw bank statement today and noticed two direct debits...8 th and 9th feb for £19.97 then £60.02. to Creamcareskin.com. I was wholly unaware of this company and and had no idea so looked them up on the internet and arrived here. Realise I have been scammed too.
I am clueless as to what I, we, you can do legally. Can anybody advice. I am gutted.

- I've been scammed too, just hope Scambook can help ! I came across the advert for Perfect Radiance on Facebook, and feel they have a responsibility. Also concerned that this company might take more money from my account

I have following three calls to my bank realised they have taken four amounts, totalling £205.94 to date. My bank had informed me that i required to wait till Mon am to speak to Disputes team. Now my debit card has been cancelled as lost and stolen. I can go to bank and get cash without card and they reassure me that I will get money back. They adviced if I had any charges through going over overdraft allowances etc they would re-imburse this too.
So whether they taking money out of credit or debit card get that cardcancelled. hassle but better than being skinted by these horrible people. -
