This company is a sham and should be shut down onlone. I saw other complaints and decided to add my own. I ordered a free sample of the product and paid 3.99 for shipping. I did not receive the product and then was billed an additional 89.99 for what, I don't know. I never received the product. They claimed it was delivered regular mail on Feb 1st. I did not get it. They want a police report that someone stole it from my mailbox. How would I know that this is an act of theft. Many things come by regular mail that we don't get. It gets lost in transit, like socks in the dryer. They would not credit me and I put an inquiry into my credit card company for both charges. I noticed a complaint from a Crystal and she is so right by complaining. But I did call the company and they are not interested in solving the problem or accomodating the customer. Don't order from this company.

    Im sorry that you had an issue. I don't think you would order something from amazon.com and then if it were stolen and they request you file a complaint or contact usps you would file a complaint against them.

    Our product is not sent regular mail, its sent delivery confirmation, the mailman has to digitally scan the product when its delivered. So im not to sure what to think when you say like lost socks. If you were selling a product online and the consumer had your product and claimed it lost or stolen how would you handle the situation?

    We do have people who steal our product, who claim to never have it and then the next moment saying they will send the product back.

    If you would like the issue resolved please contact me personally and I will refund your account. Please email us or call again. Im sorry you had such an issue, we generally care about our customers and have encountered consumer fraud which has made us have to tighten our security. We follow all procedures and in our terms even state that we arent responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, but generally will give a refund if the consumer is atleast willing to give one call to the post office to find out if they maybe have it. Products cost money, our economy is built on a system of goods and services in which we pay for.

    So once again, we apologize or any issue you might have encountered. We do care, so give us a call once again.

    Ive gone ahead and refunded your account Mariam, it seems as though we did ask you to call the post office to which you hung up. We did go ahead and refund your account still as we do care about our consumers.
