Tried two free samples and paid for postage in January. A further three transactions have come out of my account in february totalling £168 I was not aware they would charge me for the products if i didn't return them within 13 days or charge me for a monthly subscription I didn't want. I have phoned the company and cancelled the subscription i wasn't aware i had but apparently i can not have a refund because i agreed to it (inadvertantly) but i didn't receive anything else for this unexpected subscription
