We recently purchased a home that came with a Home Buyer's Protection Plan. The toilet in the master bedroom malfunctioned. They sent three plumbers and refuse to pay anything at all on the claim. Two of the plumbers want to remove the toilet to further diagnose the problem. The insurance company refuses to pay for removal. I had to pay $60 for the first service call. I want them to pay for a new toilet and my money for the service call should be refunded.
