I bought 3 Charmed Circle Bangle Bracelets that were featured on a Today Show segment called "Jill's Steals and Deals". The bracelets were said to be worth $120.00 but were on sale for $39.00 for that one time. I thought the bracelets were pretty so I bought 3, 2 for Christmas gifts and one for myself. The first time I wore one a little jewel on the end broke off. I was kind of mad, but sent them an email explaining the problem. They agreed in the email to give me a refund. I mailed the broken bangle back and have never heard from them since. I have sent probably 6 emails regarding this matter. No response and their phone number only contains a message to send them an email to contact them. I am very frustrated at this company for selling a defective product and not standing by it.
