They sent me an email stating that they had debited my account for the $30.00. I never signed up for this and I never authorized or agreed to this. I called them that very same day and the customer service person could not help me so I asked to speak to a manager he transferred me to a man named Travis which now I am sure he is not a manager because they said that they would refund my money & cancel everything which was odd because I NEVER agreed or signed up for anything he told me that it would take 10 to 15 business days to get the money refunded. Well it has been 19 business days now & every time I call they give me a supposed manager and they say oh you now have to fax a copy of your bank statement proving the money was debited from my account. I said you know that it was debited because in the same day it was credited to your account you can check that and also I forwarded the email to them that they sent me showing them debiting my account. They refuse to give my money back and multiple people have lied to me repeatedly. This has to be against the law. I mean how can companies operate like this and continually steal and commit fraud.
