Letter to UK Border Agency Postal Seizure Unit

I write regarding the two seizures of “single cartons Pall Mall SS Amber (Central Europe Made) Cigarettes”, on the 12 July 2011 and on the 19 November 2011.

Following the first seizure, I was advised by your office that your letter of notification would demonstrate a breach of contract with the supplier, and I should get my money back.

As such I went to the website - https://www.freetaxpayments.com/ where I made the purchase. I found a support phone number which did not work and a contact form which appeared to. Shortly after I received several phone calls from affiliates suggesting that I had not paid, which I refuted.

On the 16 September 2011, I received an email apology and advice that my order had been re-shipped against the original payment. On the 19 November 2011 I received notification from your office that this second shipment had been seized. It appeared to me that this company was smuggling illegal cigarettes from the Ukraine.

I emailed the company at; Email Support: [email protected] and received an automated response with a numbered Issue #: 1301310 and no further response. I have re-issued my complaint four times to no avail.
