On July 18,2011 my bank debit card was charged $2.79 for TRIAL OFFER of TriSlim. That is the only charge that should have been made from my card. My bank informed me today that EPM Tri Slim
had charged $59.99 against my bank debit card today, 7/29/11. I did not authorize any charges to my account. This is fraud!
