- Ring 08081683684 demand that you get your money back or you will take legal action and threaten that you will report them to watchdog. I have had my account closed and been given a refund (cross fingers) within 7 days.

- I fell for the face cream scam i had a phone call from the fraud dept saying that some unauthorized spendind on my credit card so i had to report the card stolen and cancel my card the on the 17/02/2012 i recieved my statement and on the 8/02/2012 the had spent £19.97p and on the 09/02/2012 two more items were spent totalling the amount to £154.97p
