Permit me to test your efficiency and diligence towards this, also to work out your time schedule and fit it to mine. I really need to find the perfect person for this job because I am constantly out of town, I'm confident you can take up the challenge and on the long run we should have a relatively sound working relationship between us. I promise to be a good boss. I am also glad on the commitment in working.

I contacted the orphanage home, and I was given the list of the items to be bought, the items are much and will cost a lot to get them shipped, so we have reached an accord. They will be getting the items themselves. When you get the check and must have cashed it,

Well, I am registered with the Palm Beach Post in Florida as an applicant seeking jobs and Jerry Martin apparently has a job add listed for an administrative position available and I responded.

Obviously, he targets those who he thinks are vulnerable and in desperate need of cash. Fortunately I am not that individual who is willing to risk going to jail for $500 by committing fraudulent activity. Not to mention, I Googled his email and it shows that he also has a website: freshjobs.com recruiting people to work for different companies. Possibly this is another way to scam people who are at a vulnerable state.

Mr. Martin and I never spoke on the phone and I asked him to contact me to discuss the job. He only contacted me by email and refuse to call me. A couple weeks later I get an email stating that a check is on the way to me. (NO contract or written agreement). "I find this very perturb"!

Well, I received the check through USPS made out to me in the amount of $2790.05 from a Commercial Furniture Company drawn on Regions Bank out of Tennessee signed by someone else. The envelope that I received the check in was addressed from a company called: Bowlins Inc out of New York. I'm not sure were this gentleman lives or even if this is his name. All I know he asked me to keep $500 for myself and send the orphanage the rest. I assume he wants the MTN # so whoever picks up the cash doesn't need I.D.

I did not feel at ease about this situation, so needless to say I didn't follow through. I emailed him that I was not interested in being apart of his SCAM/Fraudulent activity and haven't heard from him since. If this was a legitimate business why does he need me (3RD PARTY)to western union money to an Orphanage when he can directly do it himself. It's ashame that there are innocent people out there trying to earn a honest living, but jobs are so scarce and crooks like him make the world so untrustworthy! I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO FALL FOR THIS - BECAUSE IF YOU TAKE ANY PART IN IT, YOU CAN BE PROSECUTED.
