The loan was for $500.00, I received $480.00 and $70.00 processing fee total charges of $550.00 since then they withdraw $790.00 after I sent them the following email to pay off my loan that was in ignore.
After I called again they said they never received it and was asked to resend the original email which I did:

Thank you for the reminder and would like to pay off my balance of $500.00 on the due date
the finance fee of 150.00 has already been collected on the 12/02/2011. per our contract agreement.
