- I am in the same situation, I just got off the ph to my bank and as I am typing this I am trying to call the number my bank gave me, 18774981950. I am still on hold very frustrating, not sure if I will get to talk to someone or not but not surprised ! Oh guess what I got to talk to someone and they cancelled my membership! Try the number good luck.
