I was recommended to go see Mark Neal owner of Arizona Auto Enforcement Recovery Service and Repairs to see about a repair job for my personal vehicle. This being a valve job on a motor. There was a verbal agreement between parties to get the job done in a timely manner in exchange for payment.

My experiences were never the less UNPLEASANT. I was promised multiple dates of completion to get my vehicle back in working order none of which were met. After 3 weeks of false promises i then lost all confidence in my arrangement with the owner.

After 3 weeks of experiencing very poor customer service, and a rude treatment i then terminated the agreement and attempted to take my business elsewhere.

The owner then explained that he had invested money in to repairing my vehicle and wanted to be reimbursed. I explained that he can keep his parts, the contract was terminated and to please return what rightfully belonged to me less the parts he paid for. This was not met.

After multiple attempts to retrieve my property i had no success. By this time i had already taken steps and expense to have another party finish his unfinished job. I just needed to remove my property from the possession of Arizona Auto Enforcement Recovery Service and Repairs to get it to the right hands.

After a week of failed negotiations the owner allowed me to retrieve my vehicle. Come to find out my motor was missing and he was holding on to it. I then requested to retrieve my motor. I then was met with extremely hostile treatment and was informed by the owner that if i wanted my property back i was to pay him for his parts. He was holding my belongings hostage for payment.

This to me is NOT GOOD business. How ever my personal business was suffering at the time and i needed a vehicle badly. So to further the job and get my property back i was forced in to paying him for parts i don't need. This is WRONG and not a good practice. I discourage anyone from doing business with this establishment based on my experiences.
