After a recommendation from GM in Puerto Vallarta to contact Ray Lewis at Holiday Vacation Management (had an agreement done up by GM with a company called High End Rentals that did not happen) we contacted Ray Lewis and a GSA was signed up and he said at no cost to us we would have our $ withinin 2 weeks. That was about March or April 2011. Ray Lewis seemed to disappear, then dealt with a John Vega and lastly Luis (Luke) Sanchez. Needless to say they disappeared from radar and couldn't reach them after about Sept of 2011. Trying to put matter behind us and considering this a huge lesson learned we are now very suspicious when we get a call from a Luis Sanchez claiming he is a lawyer in PV and is helping some people get their money back. Said our money is in escrow with a bank in Mexico. He even gave us a number for the bank and said we would have to contact them ourselves, but could not get through to the number - could be that we are in Canada so maybe number doesn't work so L. Sanchez says he will have the bank contact us directly. We have not heard anything from the bank and couple days have passed. garry has posted a comment that Luis Sanchez, lawyer, is not one and the same as the Luis Sanchez with HVM. This is either a huge coincidence - but on the other hand cannot see why Luis Sanchez from HVM would be contacting us now about 5 months later with a further scam. This is bizarre. Can anyone claim to be receiving help from the Luis Sanchez, Lawyer or can garry give explanation as to exactly how he was able to get his money back.
