Unauthorized package was sent to me in December 2011. I returned the package with a note, "Did not order. Issue credit." Amount of $73.82. Have not received credit.
Another unauthorized package was sent to me in January 2012. I returned the package with a note, "Did not order. Stop sending. Issue credit. Amount of $73.82. Have not received credit.
Now they have charged me with a total of $147.64 and have not issued credits for the returned merchandise.
