I ordered a free trial on 22.12.11 costing £2.95 for 30 days, I then decided to cancel on 21st January 2012 because I did not wish to get into debt and purshase anymore of their products. I subsequently find that I have been charded £74.95 on 5th January 2012 and £51. on 19th January 2012. I felt that I was covered because it was within the 30 day trial.

  • I applied for a trial of this on about 10th January, due to the fact it came up on a site I was comfortable with I went ahead with the free trial, was unable to process terms & conditions, don't remember if this was there. I was debited with $5.96 on 12/1 & $2.95aud on same day (16/1 shown on statement).Naiively I assumed free trial meant just that. However, was debited with $49.28 10/2, $77.42 & $77.29 on 12/2. $203.99 total plus $5.96 & 2.95 which is what the postage was.
$212.90 total. What a rip off. I have cancelled my card with no absolute guarantee that more amounts may occur. Don't know whether to cop it sweet, still have unopened product or send back and hope these people will refund. following rec'd today:
    "Dear Customer,

We thank you for your email.

As per your request, we have cancelled your subscriptions (Perfect Radiance, RevitaDerm, Rejuvanew) and, as from today, you will no longer be billed.

Concerning your refund, unfortunately we cannot proceed with your request.

Please allow us to explain how our program works. By placing your order for one of our products you accepted the terms and conditions of our free-trial offer.

You subscribed to a 30-day supply of each product ordered for which you had a free-trial period that began at the time of your order. You had until the end of the trial, which differs for each product, to cancel your subscription. You would have only then been responsible for the shipping costs.

Not cancelling your subscription within the allocated free-trial period resulted in the billing of the full amount of Perfect Radiance, RevitaDerm and RejuvaNew.

Please find below the links to the Terms and Conditions of our products:

    Perfect Radiance:

NB: I did not place an order for this product, I asked for free trial. I will still question this. " IF SOMETHING SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT IS!" Once I could trust
