I was trying to find a credit card for people with bad credit. This company is the only one that came up. They offered me a credit card with a $300 limit for a $69 fee. I paid the fee off my debit card and they sent me confiration that they recieved the payment and that I would recieve my card within 7-10 business days. I didn't recieve the card in that amount of time. I waited about one and a half to two weeks to see if I would get it. After not recieving it after that time period I tried to contact them by email but it was sent back to me saying the email was unsuccessfully sent. No matter how many times I treid I always recieved the unsuccessfully sent message. I didnt know what to do at that point. Then I recieved the email from your company and hoped you would be able to help me. Myself and my 3 year old son live off disability and it is a very limited income, so I cant afford to be out $69 and not recive the credit card I was supposed to recieve.
