First of all I want to tell all of you that were scammed by prime merchants, they are subsidized by the government, isn't that nice, their not only scamming you out of your money, but your'e paying for it with your taxes.You can call 435 funding and they will get all your money back, that is if it was put on a credit card or debit card. I put 10,000.00 into it. I was told I was approved for a loan from the bank of China, and that I would have a loan for 40,000.00 all I had to do was put 25% back into the business and the rest I could put back into my bank accounts, and I would have this within 30 days. Well it sounded so good, plus I was guaranteed I would have at least 50 clients sign up at $500.00 for each one that signed up plus another $500.00 for each credit card swipe machine they ordered.About 4 days later 435 Funding called me and asked what I was promised for my money, so I told them what I said above, they returned the 10,000.00. They kept calling, had an account set up for me,I told her they returned my money I thought, she didn't show that, then they discovered after weeks, that they had returned my money.So the lady I had been talking to said she'd see what she could do. then this other guy called me James Marten, seemed so nice and compassionate, said he'd keep my account just as it was, because he needed a testimony for his company, yes told me he was one of the owners.Then he said if I could come up with $2,500.00 he would leave it just as it was, like I had invested $10,000.00, I told him that was all I had left after all the other scams, which I will file on a different complaint. So, then he said his brother-in law was in the business and was doing well, but he was at 99 customers, and when you get 100 clients you get a $5000.00 bonus. So if I could deposite 2,500.00 into his account, Nate Vineyard, it would only take a week or so and he would get his $5000.00 bonus, and I would get my $2,500.00 back, well that was 5 or 6 weeks ago now, and he won't return my phone calls. He also told me he would devote his time to my account and get me 50 clients, no problem, and that would get me making good money, he just wanted a testimony for his company. I can't dispute it since I deposited it into Nate Vineyard's account, I'm just going to the police and take other action, Boy do I feel stupid.Yes by all means call 435 funding, they'll get all your money back-I think they are with the government or oversee the funds prime merchants is getting from the government.
