I signed up for a free trial of Derma Veratrol anti aging cream. It was supposed to be free and all I had to pay for was shipping in the amount of $3.99. The charge appeared on my credit card statement, but I never received the free trial. Today I have a charge on my credit card from the same company for an $89.99 charge that was not authorized. I have turned it in to my credit card company as fraud and now have to cancel my credit card and wait for a new one. This company's 800# goes to a voice mail.

i'm sorry but the same thing happened to me, and there was no warning that i would be charged. i even double checked because it was weird.
i have been trying to call but no one answers the calls.
i can't afford such an expensive cream.
had i known of this, i would've never ordered the free sample. i got it, but never used it.
you do not provide information on the 14 days trial. you changed your website since the last time i checked it, about a month ago.
i never agreed on getting a second shipment, there is no way to stop it online, which is ridiculous, since you accept orders online.
please let me know how i can return the creams, both first and second shipments, and get my money back. -
