I made a purchase on line with fashion hair ltd through alibab.com the seller name is Isaac Ngomba I sent money with western union to Cameroon , Douala 00337 and was promised delivery in 2 days and when I tried to get tracking # from my order I was told that my order was shipped by dhl local carrier and is in Winsconstin and that I had to send an additional 700.00 insurance protection to receive me goods and that it would be refunded and that's when I realized I was being scamed. I reported it to Western Union but the money had already been taken and there is nothing they could do for me. They took all my info and told me to contact me local police station and file a report with then to conduct an investigation. Can you help me?
