Got a tex msg stating that i had activated this feature (star secrets) and will be charged the $9.99 so i called the # that was sent with the tex to cansil the service and the rep i spoke with " ask if i wanted to cansil the service and i told him i didnt subscribe or add it in the first place !! so he said he removed the charge and the subscription so i thought all was good until i got my bill and there it was $9.99 so i also call ROGERS Wireless and like allways they are no help and tell me to call the 800# on my bill for the 3rd party charge so today i call the # and they said i was still subscribed to the service as of today and still being charged so i told the rep i was recording the call and got the rep who you could hardly understan in the first place to spell his name and id # and give me the head office # so i will up date after i call
