text me to say i had a loan approved asked for my bank details which i gave said the fee would not go out until after loan paid into my account but was taken same day i do not have any money now. recievd the paper work which i thought would outline frequency of payment to company and direct debit details called the help line as i had read these complaints was told that it is a different company?? was told that it would take longer than 3-5days for loan to be completed as a high volume of loan applications i dont belive this am very angry will not get money back as non refunderble something needs to be done regarding this rip of compan???
